Resumen
In Peruvian higher education, the poor academic performance of university students is due, among other causes, to the lack of agile methodologies applied in the management of academic tasks and projects. The use of traditional and unresponsive approaches limits student engagement, discourages personal organization, and hinders collaborative work. In this context, we present 'UR Plan,' a web platform that implements the agile SCRUM methodology adapted to the academic environment, allowing students to organize their tasks using visual boards, apply iterative planning, receive constant feedback, and manage their progress autonomously. This solution seeks to optimize time management, collaboration, and team participation, which are fundamental aspects of the university learning process. The pilot validation carried out at a private university in Peru revealed a significant improvement in planning, task completion, communication between students, and overall perception of academic performance, supporting the viability of using SCRUM as a replicable model in educational environments.
