Samame C.; Sapaico D.; Santisteban J. · International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering, ICECCME 2025 (2025) · DOI: 10.1109/iceccme64568.2025.11277475

Resumen

This study introduces a web application designed to enhance IT project management by dynamically selecting hybrid methodologies for each project phase. The tool utilizes a decision tree based on specific project characteristics and key client factors, allowing for precise customization at each phase: analysis, planning, development, and delivery. Usability validation was performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) model with a group of IT professionals in Lima, Peru. This yielded an average score of 82.25%, which indicates high user acceptability and satisfaction. The results suggest that the application web enhances the efficiency and accuracy of methodology selection while minimizing risks and costs and adapting to evolving market needs.
