Web app using Mikrotik OS server for the management and administration of a LAN network in SMEs

Resumen

Currently, the infrastructure and administration of the local area network and/or Internet access have a significant impact on the performance of the tasks of a company's users. The objective of the study was to facilitate the configuration and administration of the various network services of an SME using a RouterOS Mikrotik. Mikrotik OS Router was used to simplify network management. The implementation of the Web App allows managing permissions, bandwidth control, internet access, port security, page filtering; You can also manage and manage a LAN and Wifi network through Hotspost, reducing time spent solving network problems. The results shown affirm that the implementation of a Web App has an impact on the administration and management of a network. In conclusion, it was possible to reduce the time in the configuration, administration and management of a LAN network through a Web App, users who do not have specialized knowledge have been able to configure the RouterOS Mikrotik. It was verified that the use of a web system to manage and control a LAN network is positive.
