Magallanes L.A.; Gutierrez J.O.; Tincopa J.C.; Bendezú J.L.; Saavedra B.O. · ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (2020) · DOI: 10.1145/3439147.3439174

Resumen

The educational institution N ° 22366 «Santa Gertrudis », with a multigrade nature and rural context, has as a diagnosis the scarce availability of water, 2 000 liters every 48 hours from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. provided by an agro-export company, being a priority to optimize this water resource in washing hands and utensils to mitigate evapotranspiration. The objective: to reduce the initial level within experiential learning through phytodepuration. The results indicate technological learning to decontaminate an annual volume of 117 784 liters of gray water through the design, execution, and operation of an artificial wetland and reuse them with technical irrigation, in an area of 50m2 for tall-stemmed and ornamental plants, also reducing the level at the beginning of learning of 36% in Communication and 35% in Mathematics, reach an outstanding achievement level in 18% in both areas and train student leaders and researchers.
