Resumen

Sexting is a cybersecurity threat against the integrity of people; thus, it should be identified as soon as possible. To do this, we need an efficient assessment instrument. This study analyzes the psychometric properties of Scale of behaviors on sexting, with an intended sample of 404 university students from Peru. Reliability and validity were analyzed using Cronbach and MacDonald approaches, in addition to Exploratory and Confirmatory Factorial techniques. Results show good psychometric properties. Finally, gender differences are commented.
