Resumen

Currently the use of artificial intelligence tools is increasing greatly, that is why the CHATGPT tool is one of the most used tools, being used in most specialties and applications, in this article an analysis of the use and application of this tool is carried out, based on the review of the state of the art, on articles published in the SCOPUS database, the articles reviewed have a strong component in the application of the tools, applications have been found in health, cybersecurity, risk analysis, application in LLM, in education, in Psychology, in the analysis of social network data, architecture, risk management as well as in IoT, of these areas a description of articles is presented with a description related to the identified problem, the way in which the solution is approached, the description of the development methodology, as well as the results obtained that we present is dedicated to the analysis of the use and applications of different areas of knowledge, where AI tools are used directly or indirectly, as well as a description of the use cases and the main AI tools that are used in the conclusions are Describes each of the articles described in the references, with the intention of knowing how the benefits provided by the main tool used as CHATGPT are being addressed and exploited.
