Resumen
The study describes two cases of craniothoracopagus in guinea pigs, of different sexes, the first case presents a united skull, from which two fused vertebral columns are detached from the thoracic to the umbilical region, sharing the same thoracic cage and the second case united by a single skull detaching from the dorsal part two vertebral columns forming two bodies, which are connected between them by the ventral part from the skull to the umbilical area. Based on this, it is confirmed that both guinea pigs have a cranothoracopagus malformation. © (2025), (Universidad del Zulia). All Rights Reserved.
