Regarding the development of the proposal, the use of tools such as TPM, documentation management and the training plan for the maintenance area were included, this generated a benefit of S/. 480,534 a year. In the economic evaluation, it was determined that the total productive maintenance proposal is profitable, since it had an NPV of S/ 86,449.03, an IRR of 34%, a B/C of 1.4 and a PRI of 2.88 months. © CISCI - Simposium Iberoamericano en Educacion, Cibernetica e Informatica 2024.
