Resumen
This work presents the development and implementation of a three-phase meter for the analysis of electrical harmonics and supraharmonics, designed on reconfigurable Eclypse Z7 platforms equipped with ARM Cortex-A9 processors and an integrated FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) architecture. The proposed system enables continuous online acquisition, processing, and transmission of signals without requiring additional circuitry beyond the voltage and current transducers. Its design is based on the methodologies defined in IEC 61000-4-7 and the 2015 edition of IEC 61000-4-30, covering spectral analysis from low-frequency harmonics up to supraharmonics in the 150 kHz range. Experimental results obtained from calibration and verification tests show maximum errors below 0.2 V in voltage and 0.1 A in current, with uncertainties lower than 0.33 %. These results demonstrate that the proposed meter meets the accuracy and repeatability requirements established for Class A instruments by IEC 61000-4-7, IEC 61000-4-30 (2015). The proposed device offers advantages over available commercial analyzers by operating in a fully reconfigurable and continuous online manner without throughput backlog, while also allowing the future integration of new processing methodologies.
