Resumen
The research aimed to identify the relationship between the use of ICT and techno-stress. It presents a quantitative approach of a non-experimental type and a descriptive correlational level, the sample consisted of 81 primary school teachers, of which 64 are women and 17 are men, belonging to public schools in the district of Comas (Lima-Peru). Two questionnaires (ICT use and techno-stress scale) were developed and applied to collect the information; In addition, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences program was extracted to analyze it. The results showed the following: Teachers use ICT on a regular basis since an average of 3.39 appeared, placing them in the category “Sometimes”; Regarding techno-stress, the sample is in the category “Neither agree nor disagree” (M= 3.35), that is, the level is intermediate because they do not accept or reject being techno-stressed. Finally, it was concluded that the use of ICT has a negative, moderate and significant consequence with technostress.
