A study of phenomenological design is carried out, from which they lived experiences are extracted, the approach is qualitative, and methods and techniques such as observation and semi-structured interview were used. As a main result, it can be inferred that: educational reforms are a crucial factor in current teaching practice. An educational reform that convenes all educational actors since the seventies is not visualized, all of which requires a contextualized educational reform that responds to social factors, in which the State is the one who proposes, executes and supervises the actions.
