The scientific managerial competencies in the leadership of the students on a private university.

Resumen

The general objective is to determine the influence of the “CGC” program on leadership in students on a private university in Lima Norte, 2021. We proceeded with the quantitative approach, the type of applied research with pre-experimental design, we worked with a non-probabilistic sample of 28 university students of the administration career, the Warric leadership test was applied to measure the dimensions. The results of the leadership variable in the pre-test as well as in the post-test had an average level of leadership of 67.9% and 78.6% respectively, with respect to the dimensions of the variable, democratic leadership stood out with a high level, which was improved with the program, and in the other dimensions such as autocratic leadership and laissez faire leadership, it was sought to reduce its incidence.
