Alanya-Beltran J.; Silva-Cueva J.; Niño-Cueva D.; Niño-Cueva M.; Mancco-Rivas F.; Perez-Mendoza A. · Recent Advances in Management and Engineering (2024) · DOI: 10.1201/9781003532026-13

Resumen

One of the most significant and frequently applied concepts in the field of developing enterprise systems is system theory. In this context, the organisational architect's primary goal is to provide a map of the IT components that support the business activity. It should be emphasised that it is essential to personally record each business arrangement as else update errors frequently happen. The use of information systems is efficient in this situation. In this study, secondary research using qualitative techniques was the method of choice. The function of Machine Learning (ML) in organisational architecture and its effect on the performance of organisational are the subjects of a collection and analysis of existing literature, academic publications, reports and case studies. The relevance, credibility and dependability of the data are assessed, and significant themes and conclusions are determined by applying qualitative analysis techniques, including content analysis and thematic analysis. The results indicate that by improving productivity, decision-making and customer experiences, the integration of ML in enterprise design has a favourable impact on corporate performance. To fully realise the potential of ML in enterprise design, firms must overcome integration issues and make investments in teamwork and skill development.
