Resumen
The objective of this article is to identify the routes and destinations of women who report being victims of domestic violence under an intercultural approach in rural and urban areas of the departments of Cusco, Apurímac, Arequipa and San Martín, located in Peru. The research has a qualitative approach and is of a phenomenological type, for this the techniques of focus group and in-depth interviews were chosen, conducted with women victims of domestic violence in the aforementioned departments; also, the documentary review technique is used, in order to contrast the information with the scientific literature. The study concludes that, once violence has occurred, women make different decisions depending on the region they come from: in the southern highlands, in most cases, there was tolerance, secrecy, silence to continue living with the aggressor (Apurímac), the resolution of problems through the community authority with the participation of the ronderos (Cusco) is predominant, which implies a large participation of women; In the northern jungle (San Martin), women have access to justice through the communal apus and only in certain cases do they communicate with the justice system.
