The Probabilistic-Electric Approach of Nanotubes Internalization in Target Cells

Nieto-Chaupis H. · 2025 IEEE 23rd Student Conference on Research and Development, SCOReD 2025 - Conference Proceedings (2025) · DOI: 10.1109/scored68498.2025.11398947

Resumen

This paper presents a hybrid approach about the cellular uptake of nanotubes once them have arrived to cell's surface and face the process of endocytosis. By assuming the existence of electric charges distributions in both nanotube and cell a probabilistic model was constructed. Essentially the model has turned out to follow the structure of Bayes's theorem. It is because the expected sequence relative to internalization. Therefore, based at the conditions established by the arrival and subsequent uptake or expulsion, a master probabilistic equation was built. It essentially depends on accumulated charges in cell and nanotube. Subsequently, the capture radius of nanotube was derived. When electrical properties have been established, the radius and charge electric are correlated ions. Thus, it is defined the Bayesian probability that has dependence on capture radius as well as ions of cell. Numerical are presented.
