Resumen
The confluence between literature and journalism in the magazine Proceso and its relationship with the Bubinzana cultural group between the 1960s and 1970s is analyzed. Through the study of the magazine Proceso we seek to reconstruct an intellectual and artistic network that renews the vision of Amazon. The work methodology consists of the critical analysis of the magazine Proceso, as well as its dialogue with the production of the cultural group Bubinzana, this is complemented by the review of publications by Javier Dávila Durand, director of Proceso and member of Bubinzana. From an interdisciplinary approach that reviews historical, social and literary aspects, it is identified that through the questioning of hegemonic and centralist narratives, these projects positioned the Amazon as an important axis in the Peruvian cultural panorama. Finally, we propose that the magazine Proceso and the Bubinzana cultural group contributed to consolidating an intellectual and artistic network that made visible the worldview of the Amazonian indigenous peoples in the face of the challenges of modernizing processes and extractivist dynamics.
