Claudia Estefanía L.A.; Alvarado-Silva C.A.; Bedregal León A.E. · Proceedings of the LACCEI international Multi-conference for Engineering, Education and Technology (2025) · DOI: 10.18687/leird2025.1.1.631

Resumen

The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the work environment and the satisfaction of operational staff at Cutervo Multi-Brand stores. The research methodological approach to be used is quantitative, allowing to determine the level of objectivity present in a research study, with a correlational scope, its main objective is to identify the degree of relationship between these two variables. The method applied is non-experimental and cross-sectional. This approach allows me to analyze phenomena as they occur, without intervening in them. In this case, the population is finite, given that its size is known and can be counted. It is made up of 67 people of both sexes, including security guards, salespeople, warehouse workers, and delivery drivers, who play a fundamental role within the company. The data will be processed through SPSS. The technique that will be used is the survey with a questionnaire instrument in order to formulate well-structured questions that allow obtaining precise and exact information. In addition, in this way the level of scope of the research can be determined and does not cause any alteration in the environment or the place of data collection, with the purpose of analyzing or discarding the existing relationship between the work environment and staff satisfaction, thus maintaining the naturalness of the study context. © LEIRD 2025.All rights reserved.
