Resumen
This research examines the alignment level of the skills and abilities of 23 professors from the Electronic Engi-neering academic program at the Faculty of Sciences and Engi-neering of the University of Sciences and Humanities. For this purpose, a list of courses from the academic program taught in the last three semesters (2022-1, 2022-2, and 2023-1) was compiled and categorized according to thematic areas related to the academic program. Subsequently, a scale from 1 to 5 was designed, and based on the analysis of the curricula vitae and re-sumes of each professor, the professional alignment level with the thematic area each professor is responsible for was established. This analysis allowed the development of improvement plans to meet the skills and competencies related to each category and subject. Finally, this information is of particular importance within the framework of the accreditation process in which the program is currently undergoing.
