Resumen

The M.p. “Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus” has introduced significant modifications to the marriage nullity process for the Latin Church, in order to declare the nullity or validity of the marriage in a more accessible and less time-consuming way. The author of this work has focused on the new process dynamic, specifically, on the formula of doubt run by the judicial vicar for the three type of processes. This important modification raises some practical questions when this norm is applied whether in the diocesan tribunal or the Roman Rota.
