Resumen
In this article the risk factors that arise from innovation in Peru are analyzed and evaluated. According to the research, it is concluded that, in the external context, the logic of globalization, by highlighting the economic priorities of developed countries, generates inequality in the deployment of innovation; while, internally, the risk factor is the national production and economic accumulation system, based on a primary export model and a technological pattern that lacks permanent innovations. On the other hand, the work characterizes the erratic economic, cultural, and political structures that sustain this failed technological pattern. © (2024), (Iberoamerica (Russian Federation)).
