Resumen

This research paper provides a comprehensive exploration of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Performance Management. The aim of the study is to examine the current state of AI applications in performance management, including goal setting, performance tracking, and feedback. The study also investigates the potential benefits of incorporating AI in performance management and its impact on employee motivation and performance. The paper draws on a review of the literature and case studies to provide insights into the challenges and opportunities of using AI in performance management. The findings of the study suggest that AI has the potential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance management process by providing real-Time feedback and enabling data-driven decision making. However, the adoption of AI in performance management also brings challenges such as data privacy, ethical considerations, and ensuring the alignment of AI-generated insights with organizational goals. The paper concludes with recommendations for organizations considering the use of AI in their performance management process. In conclusion, this research paper provides a comprehensive overview of the use of AI in performance management, highlighting both its potential benefits and challenges.
