Resumen

Corrected and Integrated Governing Principle. Probability does not reside in decoherence nor in the reverse side of the cosmic sheet. Probability is an intrinsic property of coherence (the obverse), present and stable as long as the system remains in the analogue space without a bidirectional link. When the bidirectional link is established the moment the observer becomes aware and actively connects with the system probability breaks within coherence: the state collapses to certainty.
