Resumen
Here we documented the temporary use of an urban roost, sexual dimorphism and reproductive patterns of Nyctinomops macrotis (Gray, 1840) on the Campus of the Universidad Nacional de Piura (Peru), from October 2017 to July 2018. The roost is located in the crack of a building, where we registed 54 captures (24 males and 30 females). In March, the largest number of individuals and pregnant females were captured. The presence of sexual dimorphism based on the length of the forearm is also reported. The use of urban areas as breeding roost reveals their importance for wildlife.
