Resumen
This study aimed to identify ergonomic interventions that incorporate technology to prevent or reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). A systematic review was carried out using databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, ALICIA, CONCYTEC, and Google Scholar, covering publications from 2012 to 2025. Selection criteria included articles and theses focused on technological interventions. The PRISMA technique was used, resulting in a final review of 28 articles selected for the topic. The results indicate that the identified technological interventions include exoskeletons, wearable sensors and devices, and motion capture systems. However, identified limitations included the high cost of devices, poor ergonomic design, and a lack of long-term studies. In conclusion, technological ergonomic interventions represent effective strategies for MSD prevention, although the identified limitations need to be addressed to enhance their effectiveness in occupational settings.
