Resumen
The objective of the paper was to show that the service-learning experience increases according to the level technologically integrated of the students. The experience was developed through a systematic and planned intervention of a solidarity project oriented to the needs of the community. A quantitative study was developed with a group of 49 university students, to whom a structured questionnaire with 25 items was applied. Spearman's Rho test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables studied (Rho = 0.693, p = 0.000). It was concluded that the integration into the digital environment of the students generated connections with new learning, because ICTs fostered collaborative environments and social interaction in the service-learning experience, which became a communicative act in itself. Students understood the educational purpose, engaging in a quality academic process and forging a civic and social spirit.
