Teacher Work Stress as a Pedagogical Limitation

Resumen

The research analyzes the work stress of the university teacher as a pedagogical limitation. It considers the multifactorial condition of the disease, the causes that cause its chronicity, where the temporary persistence of anguish stands out. It reflects on the social actions to be followed to reduce the impacts, by validating dialogue as a confluence of the rational and sensitive human dimension. It insists on forming democratic societies by having mediations capable of containing psychosomatic ailments. A bibliographical investigation of relevant peer-reviewed publications in Latin America during the last five years is carried out.
