Resumen
This study presents a systematic review of teacher training policies in public education systems, aiming to identify their key components, contextual differences, and effects on equity and inclusion. Using the PRISMA protocol, articles published between 2020 and 2024 were selected from Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest. From 1546 initial records, 15 studies met methodological and thematic criteria. Results show that effective policies include continuous training, pedagogical support, inclusive technologies, and contextualized teacher assessment. However, disparities remain between urban and rural areas due to unequal resources, connectivity, and planning. The study concludes that policies must be sustainable, adaptive, and territorially focused to ensure educational quality and inclusion.
