Resumen
5G technology is leading the next digital revolution, enhancing applications like virtual reality and the Internet of Things (IoT). However, its high demands for performance and low latency present significant challenges. This systematic review explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can optimize 5G technology, improving resource allocation and enabling autonomous network management. Using the PICOC methodology, the research question was formulated, focusing on the implementation of AI tools for 5G optimization. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to select relevant studies, with PRISMA methodology used for article screening. Results show that AI, particularly machine learning and deep learning, significantly enhances 5G network performance and management, outperforming traditional methods in anomaly detection and resource optimization. In conclusion, AI is crucial for maximizing 5G technology's potential, emphasizing the need for ongoing research and development of AI-based methodologies.
