Resumen

This research article develops a deep systematic review to create a business plan for the implementation of a integral center for the Peruvian army, in this case, the methodology applied is the meta-heuristic method called PICOC, it allows to identify the relevant papers for the main contribution, limitations and key performance indicators (KPIs); with the variables for the analysis, model recommended and the instrument for the implementation of the business plan, with the evaluation of the Equality, timely dedication, adequate infrastructure, lifestyle, comprehensive care center, quality of life and the dimensions of emotional well-being, behavior of the elderly and physical well-being; with a deep interview of 10 questions for 207 people involved per year, at least in the last 10 years.
