Resumen
The general objective was oriented to analyze the sustainability of the agricultural management of family cropsThe unit of analysis is the family production field, ATEA-Cieneguillo Sur-Piura. Information from three successive campaigns was recorded, considering the economic, environmental and social dimensions. For this, indicators and sub-indicators were identified, standardized on a scale from 0 to 4 and weighted according to the degree of influence for sustainability. The general sustainability criterion is related to the value obtained, if it is greater than two, and none of the three dimensions evaluated is less than two. To determine the indicators and data processing, a mathematical relationship was used, proposed by Sarandón, (2002), Merma (2012), Cáceres (2020). The results give a value of 2.63 for the general sustainability index, where the environmental indicator is the one with the highest participation, compared to the others, with a value of 3.0; the economic indicator (2.45), the social indicator (2.4). These values obtained allow us to conclude that family farming, from vine production, is sustainable.
