Resumen
In times of pandemic and health emergency, it is important to have a special health care for a patient with disease or disability that hinders the use of their faculties and must be treated through neurorehabilitation; on the other hand, there are many patients who live far away from a medical center, these patients really need more support, which can be technological, economic, or other kinds of support necessary (Málaga et al. in Acta Medica Peru. 35:51–54, 2018). The objective of this research is to implement a mobile application to provide support to those patients who receive neurorehabilitation treatment and wish to organize, plan, and control the different activities they perform through a smartphone, with the aim of optimizing their results. The implementation of the system was carried out using the SCRUM methodology, the planning of Sprints and Flutter, multiplatform framework to be used in Android and iOS systems. As a result, it was possible for patients to organize and plan activities within this application, and then be able to manage them from home. The application also allows to request information on the progress of treatment and recovery based on the activities that have already been performed.
