Resumen

This repository contains the supplementary material for the article "MultilevelDeterminants of Knowledge on Tuberculosis Transmission among Women of ReproductiveAge in Peru", accepted for publication in the International Journal of Tuberculosisand Lung Disease (IJTLD). The material includes: (i) the STROBE checklist indicating the location of eachreporting item in the main manuscript; (ii) operational definitions of all studyvariables; (iii) supplementary tables presenting the full multilevel logisticregression models, sensitivity analyses, spatial autocorrelation results, andconcentration index estimates; and (iv) supplementary figures showing spatialdistribution maps, LISA cluster maps, and model diagnostic plots. The study is based on the Peru Demographic and Health Survey (Encuesta Demográficay de Salud Familiar, ENDES) 2024, with a final analytical sample of 29,889 womenof reproductive age (15-49 years) nested within 3,074 clusters across 25departments. All analyses were conducted in R using complex survey design weights,multilevel logistic regression, spatial autocorrelation analysis (Moran's I andLISA), and concentration index with bootstrap confidence intervals. The ENDES 2024 microdata are publicly available from the Instituto Nacional deEstadística e Informática (INEI) of Peru at https://proyectos.inei.gob.pe/endes/.
