Resumen
The Peruvian textile industry faces low technical efficiency in its production lines, especially in the manufacture of women's clothing, where operational variability, poor standardization and recurring failures limit competitiveness compared to international standards. This research proposes a comprehensive solution based on Standardized Work and TPM 4.0, incorporating Industry 4.0 technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), real-time monitoring and analysis of operational data to improve production efficiency. The model contemplates the structuring of technical procedures, training under the Education and Training pillar, and periodic audits to ensure sustainability. It is planned to reduce the MTTR to below 2.5 hours, increase the MTBF, reduce reprocessing to less than 4%, and exceed 85% technical efficiency. The proposal seeks to strengthen operational reliability and serve as a reference for progressive digitalization in manufacturing sectors with high productive sensitivity.
