Resumen
The objective of this research was to propose a continuous improvement plan to reduce loss costs in the warehouse and production areas of Anis & Canela E.I.R.L.-Trujillo-2023. A descriptive study with a quantitative approach was conducted. In the case of the results, the application of the tools estimated a cost reduction of $ 3777.73. Likewise, the data simulation (1000 probable scenarios) allowed concluding that the continuous improvement strategies had a high probability of success for the long term (5 years). To demonstrate this, the following financial indicators were taken into account: 95% confidence interval for the mean cash flow between $ 1472.1 and $ 1628.0, probability of 75.27% that the NPV is greater than 0 and an IRR between 10% and 38.5% in 50% of the scenarios.
