Resumen
Construction is one of the most important areas in global development, which is constantly changing in the way of work, one of the most notable is the practice of outsourcing activities known as subcontracting. This work model can carry out up to 90% of the project with high percentages concentrated in the finishing stage due to the need for specialization and practicality in its development. However, in the context of small, combined construction companies, the evaluation of subcontractors focuses clearly on the "lowest bid budget"that is made, leaving aside technical aspects relevant to the success of the project. Considering the above, the research focuses on defining the evaluation criteria that allow reducing risks and increasing the probability of complying with the triple restriction of scope, cost and time of the projects. To do this, the corresponding literature was reviewed, and surveys were carried out with professionals related to subcontracting corresponding to the double filter of the Delphi technique. Finally, they were grouped following qualification parameters, obtaining 7 criteria with their respective weights as the most influential: Experience, Quality, Financial capacity, Security, Production, Communication and Offered cost
