Resumen
The objective ofthis researchwork is the implementationofthe intelligent management system to improve security inthe critical infrastructure of the Colonial Mansions of the Historic Center of Trujillo City, which promotes comprehensive work to promote employment (SDG eight). The approach is basic qualitative with a non-experimental design and descriptive scope. The sample included 33 colonial mansions in poor condition, selected through non-probabilistic and convenience sampling. To collect data, an observation sheet was used, which allowed relevant data to be recorded about each structure. The instrument was a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, which allowed the participants' opinions to be quantified. The results indicate that of the 33 colonial mansions that have been evaluated, the majority have structural damage and have also been built with wood and adobe. The beneficiaries showed acceptance towards the implementation of intelligent managementsystems suchas "Incident Control", "Smart Video Surveillance" and "Alert Notifications", with a percentage greater than 75%. It was concluded that the most accepted system is “Incident Control”, whose implementation combines technology and community participation.
