Resumen
This article details the theoretical validation of a physical model for two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor devices. The research demonstrates the existence of a critical temperature point, denoted as Tc, defined at the moment when the thermal derivative of conductivity crosses zero. This finding allows for the modulation of the material between a semiconducting and a metallic regime. Using models based on Fermi-Dirac quantum statistics, this work defines the 'Luis-Segura Variable', validating its structural invariance and its precise operating limits.
