Resumen
The aim of this study was to generate knowledge about microorganisms associated with plants in high Andean ecosystems, such as bofedales, grasslands and puna grass. Rhizospheric and endophytic microorganisms associated with plants and soils of the three ecosystems of the community of Santa Fe de Paras, Ayacucho, located at 4400 meters above sea level, were isolated in culture media. It was determined that the population of rhizospheric bacteria and fungi is similar in the three ecosystems, while the population of endophytic bacteria and fungi differs (p<0.05). In general, it was observed that the bofedal presents a lower percentage of microorganisms both in the aerial part and in the root. Likewise, the population of rhizospheric bacteria in the grassland presented higher biodiversity indices than the puna grass and bofedal, while, in the population of fungi in the puna grass and pajonal, the biodiversity indices exceeded the bofedal. The fungal population had a moderate influence on organic matter, electrical conductivity, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, total nitrogen content and the percentage of sand. The bacterial population had a strong influence on electrical conductivity, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium content and cation exchange capacity, and a moderate influence on the percentage of total nitrogen, fungus-bacteria ratio, hydrogen content and soil pH. © Los autores.
