Resumen

The objective of the research is to analyze the relationship between resilience and entrepreneurial skills of university students in its three dimensions (interpersonal, systemic and instrumental). The methodology used for the study was a non-experimental research with a quantitative, descriptive, relational and transversal approach, a questionnaire was applied to the random sample of 438 university students (n=35; α=0.962), validity and reliability tests were applied. exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis through AMOS 24 partial miniature squares structural equation modeling, in addition to a multigroup analysis to explore the heterogeneity of resilience and entrepreneurial competencies. The results show a relationship between resilience and entrepreneurial skills: with Comp. Interpersonal at 53.6%, with Comp. Systemic at 65.4% and with Comp. Instrumental at 53.6% (Spearman’s Rho correlation). It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between resilience and entrepreneurial skills corroborated by Caldera Montes et al. and Riso Risquez et al. who in their research conclude that university students obtain high levels of resilience, the greatest correlation occurs with systemic competencies.
