Resumen

Artificial Intelligence has improved human resource management and work decision making, but there are gaps in the exploration of ethical and social implications, as well as a lack of interdisciplinary approach. Therefore, a bibliometric study following the PRISMA-2020 guidelines is proposed. A notable increase in the production of articles on the subject is revealed, especially in the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Authors such as Huang M-H and Rust RT have a significant impact despite their low scientific production. There is growing interest in topics such as personnel selection, human resource management, and machine learning. Established concepts such as “recruitment” and “human resource management” remain key areas of research in the application of artificial intelligence to industrial relations, reflecting the growing interest in the intersection of AI and industrial relations in recent years.
