Resumen
The objective of the research is to characterize the treatment methods for deteriorated rigid pavements based on research carried out for the city of Cajamarca (Peru). This theme is part of the line of research on public health and vulnerable populations, which in turn has the sub-line of research on urbanism, sanitation and urban mobility of the authors. For this, a non-experimental design was applied in which research such as scientific articles, theses and books were collected from which data were taken such as the structural number, the cost per m2 the useful life time, the required thicknesses, the dimensions of the structural parts of the road, the evaluation and the current state of the roads by PCI method, VIZIR, among others. The best treatment method for deteriorated rigid pavements in Cajamarca was determined and a design manual for said method was prepared.
