REFLECTIONS ON THE PARADIGMS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH; FRACTAL GEOMETRY, A SYSTEMIC APPROACH TO INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH

Resumen

The levels of paradigmatic concreteness are studied through various aspects, therefore, the present research proposes: first, to reflect on the paradigms of scientific research considering Kuhn’s statements and how they permeated the sciences, then the position formulated by Guba is studied, which studies the paradigms from a philosophical viewpoint; ontology, epistemology and methodology. The deliberation concludes with the introduction of fractal geometry and how its elements present results that synthesize the complex reality to generate a systemic vision generating knowledge in a holistic manner.
