Resumen
The real and simulated yield with Aquacrop of three varieties of quinoa was analyzed in climate change scenarios in the Mantaro Valley, Jauja, department of Junín, Peru. The actual yield was evaluated under real dryland field conditions, in a completely randomized design with three replicates and the simulations were carried out with the AquaCrop cultivation model calibrated for three varieties of quinoa produced under dryland conditions. The simulated results indicate that quinoa will adapt favorably for grain production purposes to the climate change scenarios projected for 2050, with projected average yields of 5.52, 4.65 and 3.61 t/ha for the varieties Blanca de Junín, Amarilla de Marangani and Rosada de Huancayo respectively; in comparison to the simulated averages obtained of 4.47, 3.81 and 2.93 t/ha.
