QUALITY OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE IN PERUVIAN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES

Resumen

This article shows a systematic review of qualitative approach, basic and descriptive type. It includes the review of 20 sources related to the dimensions “educational quality”, “higher education”, “quality in educational service”, all in the context of university education, based on the Latin American and Peruvian reality, different concepts were reviewed in the introduction and the topics to be discussed within the review were displayed. Among the results obtained, sources were found that focus on evaluation systems, on practices to improve educational quality and on the challenges of environments such as covid-19, which favored online education to maintain the quality of the service offered, as well as A reflection on the path of education towards equality is presented.
