Resumen

There is currently a demand in higher education to have tools to support the teaching-learning process in virtual platforms such as Moodle. Within the different implementations there are the SPOC (Small Private Open Course), which although they have an open nature, they have two characteristics that differentiate them, such as adaptability and customization at the service of a better experience for the student. Due to this, this article proposes an architecture to support communication in real time (synchronous), which allows ensuring the success of the activities planned by the teacher. The design of the implemented plugins is shown and how this architecture allows the integration of different resources developed based on tools such as Docker and Python. Finally, the results are shown in relation to the provision of communication services using the client/server philosophy.
