Proposal for a Strategic Plan to increase collection in the Jaén - San Ignacio 2020 Users' Board; [Proposta de Plano Estratégico para aumentar a arrecadação no Conselho de Usuários Jaén - San Ignacio 2020]

Resumen

The main objective of this research work is to: determine how the proposed Strategic Plan influences the collection of the Jaén-San Ignacio Users Board. Research of an applied type with a non-experimental design of a descriptive level, with a sample of 25 people among workers and users of the board, to whom the survey was applied, obtaining as a result that the level of strategic planning is deficient in 84.0%, the collection level is 96.0% low, and the delinquency level is 92.0% high. In conclusion, it was determined that the board does not apply a strategic plan 100.0%, which leads to deficiencies in the collection of the water rate, demonstrating the influence that exists with a Spearman Rho correlation of 0.469 and a significance level of p = 0.018 (p <0.05), intuiting that the proposal of a strategic plan will positively influence the collection of the water tariff in the Jaén-San Ignacio Users Board.
