Resumen
For many years, aerospace technology was reserved for developed countries; however, for some years now, several developing countries have also managed to enter the space race, thanks to the advancement of technology and the reduction of costs. There is increasing interest from developing countries to be part of space development; however, only some know how to start this incursion. In this sense, the present work seeks to provide a step-by-step guide on how this incursion could be developed, how to plan and implement a national space access program in the different domains of space technology such as access to space; exploration of the universe; land, climate and biodiversity; national defence and applications for the general public. This program seeks to guide the beginning of an incursion into space issues, but it is not a straitjacket; it should not necessarily be followed precisely and rigorously, but taken it as a reference and adapted to the reality of each country since each country is different and has its particularities, needs and resources (economic, natural and human).
