Promotion of the Best Pedagogies Based on the Perception of Educational Management

Resumen

The research has the purpose of relating the perception of successful educational management models with efficient pedagogical styles, the student and community predisposition towards learning. Thus, the best administration is linked to the correct management of material resources; also, with the enabling of democratic models of human relationship. It means that dialogue is allowed as a means of meeting for those who come together in the educational event so that the agreements favor the resolution of emergencies. This is related to the training of dialogic competences that facilitate plural societies as an expression of tolerance, solidarity, listening and the disposition towards consensus. It is a case study from the inductive perspective where exploratory surveys and observation are applied as data collection instruments; They allow themselves to induce knowledge that accounts for reality in similar cultural contexts.
