Resumen
Currently, Peru invests 19.5% of the national budget in education, reflecting a 16.9% improvement compared to 2022. However, these efforts take time to be applied in the areas of Science (STEM), an educational area that requires the greatest investment due to its experimental nature. In Metropolitan Lima, this is particularly noticeable in vulnerable populations, even though they are so close to the central government. Therefore, solutions are needed to address this gap. Most private companies providing education are disconnected from the reality of these populations, offering solutions that do not meet the economic and social needs of the users. While there are already various social assistance organizations, most of them do not have the necessary tools to provide high-impact solutions on their own. Hence, the purpose of this research is to propose a business model that allows considering social impact factors while facilitating the creation of companies or ventures capable of offering solutions to address this gap. During the development of this document, a "Lean Social Entrepreneurship Canvas"was created by combining relevant methodologies. This model was subsequently evaluated by social assistance organizations already operating in Lima. The interest of these organizations, and the fulfillment of the proposed indicators, validates the model.
