Preventive Maintenance Proposal to reduce costs in the production line of a Baking Company, San Martín-Peru, 2023

Resumen

The objective of this study was to propose a preventive maintenance plan to reduce costs in the production line of the baking company-San Martin-2023. The research is an applied study of a quantitative level with a descriptive scope. Data collection techniques and tools were used such as:observation guide, documentary analysis; collection sheet. A diagnosis of the costs of losses was also carried out where, with the help of the Ishikawa, 5 root causes were found, within which, through a patero, 1 was identified as the most significant. A proposal was designed based on engineering tools such as: operations manual, FMEA matrix, flowchart, Gantt diagram and PERT-CPM, to solve the problems, reducing from S/9,780 to S/1,490.33 in monetary terms and in percentage terms it was reduced 84%.
